Do our guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and the album opens in their browser, on iPhone and Android alike.
What if the signal at our venue is weak?
Photos and videos wait on the guest’s phone and send automatically as soon as there’s a connection. If your venue has guest Wi-Fi, we can add the details to your table cards.
Who can see the photos?
You choose. Guests can see everyone’s photos, or only their own while the two of you see them all. Wishes and voice messages are always for the couple only.
How do we get our photos afterwards?
From your private couple’s link, you can download everything in one go: photos, videos, written wishes and voice messages.
Can the album match our wedding’s look?
Yes. Every album has an elegant ivory and lace look, and with Heirloom we style it to match your invitation’s colours and details.
Is it only for weddings?
Not at all. We love collecting memories for any special occasion: engagements, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, graduations, retreats and family gatherings. Tell us about yours.
How far ahead should we book?
Ideally four weeks before your wedding, so there’s time to print your QR cards. Get in touch even if it’s sooner and we’ll do our best.
